I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with a very large and comfortable room. The hotel facilities were excellent and the location in the residential area of River North was perfect. I loved that it was within walking distance of some delicious restaurants. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, providing the best service I've experienced in a long time.

We had an amazing stay! The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and the location in the gold coast area was fabulous. We loved being within walking distance of some delicious restaurants and staying in such a wonderful neighborhood. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the breakfast options were great. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and the hotel even offered transportation services, including a free car for a lift one morning. The staff at the front desk and the doormen were always there for us, providing excellent service with a pleasant attitude.

Not one thing.

The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring the city. It is right in the center of activity, close to many beautiful sites and just a short walk to the nearest subway station. The hotel facilities are excellent, with a swanky interior and a lovely lobby and bar. The staff here are incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the Gold Coast area. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with clean and stylish rooms that had a private entrance. The location was perfect, as it was close to attractions and the restaurant downstairs served absolutely wonderful food. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making our experience even better. They were prompt in serving our room and went above and beyond to accommodate us. Additionally, they were helpful in getting us a ride back to the airport, making our departure stress-free.
